RETURN POLICY

For products purchased on www.brutusbroth.com:
Brutus Broth does not accept returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide a full refund. Please contact us at orders@brutusbroth.com or call 1-877-227-8878 to begin the refund process. Refunds are typically received by the customer within two business days of refund approval.

For products purchased from third-party retailers (grocery stores, pet stores, etc.) and not from www.brutusbroth.com:
Please refer to the return policy of the third-party through which you purchased your Brutus Broth products. We cannot process refunds or returns for Bruth Broth product purchases made from third-party retailers such as grocery stores, pet stores, or third-party online stores. If you run into any problems with your vendor, we would love to know about it and are happy to try to help. Please reach out to us directly via orders@brutusbroth.com in such a case.

In any such scenarios, we are 100% committed to Making It Right - whether it's replacing your items, refunding your order, or finding a local retailer where we can order products for you to pick up - we want to ensure we are solving any problems that might arise.
